Please copy or backup your media before sending. If you must send originals, use a method that requires confirmation upon arrival at Jardee Transcription.
When received, all recordings will be previewed to determine duration and sound quality, and you will receive an estimate of cost to transcribe and anticipated completion date. If you decline service at that point, shipping and handling fees will be assessed and your media will be returned to you.
